In order to Federal Low N152 "About personal data" all users must sign Agreement

1. Download, print and sign the Consent to the processing of personal data

2. Print, fill and sign it

3. Bring it to the user registration center and get a login and password

For access restore:

1. Send us email with photo/scan of your passport with DOB to: it@sogma.ru

2. After the administrator checks the data you will be sent a login and password
